About C and H Enterprises

History

C and H Enterprises is an ISO 9001:2000 compliant machine shop, located in the heart of the Bay Area in Fremont CA, established in 1985 by Colleen & Herb Schmidt.


C and H Enterprises started as one of the few primary O.E.M. manufactures of Gas Dispersement Showerheads, and continues to be the leader in this industry.


C and H is proud of its “Core Capabilities & Strengths” which enable us to provide precision parts to the semi-conductor, medical, defense, and other industries by utilizing the following diverse fabrication capabilities:

  • State-of-the-art CNC Machining Department
  • State-of the-art Inspection Department
  • In-house Leak Testing using a Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector
  • In-house Assembly in a Clean-Room Environment
  • In-house Welding Dept. employs welders that are certified in a variety of metals and weld types for structural and vacuum welding under such qualifications as AWS DI.1 and AWS DI.2.
